Cancelation: All cancelation requests require a 30 day notice period. Rent Boat in Miami has the sole discretion to accept or decline the user's cancellation request. Overcast weather, including the lack of sun or rain forecast, is not a reason for cancellation. If weather conditions are unsafe the captain will cancel and offer refund or re-schedule.
Re-scheduling: Needs to be notified with at least 7 days prior to the rental day. Re-scheduling will be accommodated by Rent Boat in Miami. If you have an emergency or need to cancel on a short term notice, please contact us and we will do everything we can to accommodate it.
